In-class Writing Game (Workshop with Sega Bodega)

Here are the instructions for the in-class writing assignment:
- Open up your phone
- Open your messages
       -Scavenge your messages for song lyrics and/or a song title
-Open your voice memos
       -Scavenge your recordings for melodies/samples/ambience/etc.
-Open your photos
       -Scavenge your photos for single artwork for your song
-Open your music app
       -Write down the first three genres you see.
       -write down any defining characteristics of those genres 
        (instruments, tempo, harmony, drum beat, emotional content, etc.)
Using the material you scavenged, create an original song in 20 min. (a song, a composition, instrumental or with words, DAW or voice memo).
Harvest the chat for any lyrical and/or musical starting points
When you are finished, upload your song to https://songs.schoolofsong.org/
