Singing for Songwriters Pt. 2 (December '24)

Eight (8) 75-minute classes, twice a week. Limited enrollment.

Taught in a live, interactive classroom setting on Zoom

• Mondays and Thursdays, 10:30a - 11:45a (PT)
• December 2nd, 5th, 9th, 12th, 16th, 19th, 23rd, 26th.
• Classes are recorded and sent out after class. You do not have to be able to attend every class live to sign up.

In “Singing for Songwriters Part 2,” we will dive into a deeper exploration of the voice, geared towards your individual artistry and songwriting. We will continue to study some of the technical aspects of “Singing for Songwriters Part 1” but focus primarily on discovering and deepening your own vocal journey with the goal of connecting to our authentic sound(s). Through a combination of ethereal and technical exercises, we will study topics such as performance, phrasing, body-voice connection, melody writing, and improvisation. With vocal play and creativity at the core, we will submerge ourselves in vocal discovery through a variety of class structures such as group workshop, class exercises, individual projects, one-on-one feedback and small group song shares.
