Guitar Arranging Workshop (December '24)

Eight (8) 75-minute classes, twice a week. Limited enrollment.
Taught in a live, interactive classroom setting on Zoom
- Mondays and Fridays, 4:00p - 5:15p (PT)
- December 2nd, 6th, 9th, 13th, 16th, 20th, 23rd, 27th.
- Classes are recorded and sent out after class. You do not have to be able to attend every class live to sign up.
In the Guitar Arranging Workshop, students will learn to create more unique and compelling guitar arrangements. Each student will share original guitar parts to four recorded prompts and discuss the various musical elements that go into arranging for guitar.
We will also touch on key music theory concepts and examine excerpts from artists including Sonic Youth, Big Thief, Deerhoof, Pixies, Mdou Moctar, and more.
This course is perfect for beginner and intermediate students who are ready to apply their fretboard knowledge, as well as more advanced players looking for new approaches and fresh sounds.
