This class is a thorough step-by-step breakdown of fundamental music theory concepts every musician should know.
By the end of the month, you will learn:
- How to implement the chord progressions from songs that you love in your own songwriting
- Why the chords in your favorite songs sound good together
- What it means to play “in a key”
- Why certain chords lead well into other chords - even when they’re not in the right key
- How to use music theory as a “map” that you can reference when you feel stuck in your songwriting
